Earline Griffith became the first Corporate Dietitian at Raley's Family of Fine Stores in 2001. She was hired to be the nutrition expert and assist employees and customer in making wiser food decisions regarding their health. 

Prior to 2001 she was a Corporate Dietitian for a National Foodservice Distributor and before that held many different jobs from a college nutrition instructor to a food safety auditor acquiring over 28 years of experience in foods and nutrition.

Earline graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and later earned her Master's from there as well.  She became a registered dietitian (RD) in 1980 and is a member of the American Dietetic Association and California Dietetic Association and Food and Culinary Professionals.. 

Her professional mission is to make healthy eating simple and easy using the approach of "quality not quantity. She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and two sons, 3 dogs, she loves to walk, and 2 cats. For fun she does Argentine Tango and sews.
