Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13 X 9-inch pan with nonstick cookingspray. Place 4 cups cooked and diced Raley’s Black Angus Beeftri tip roast, 1 (16-oz.) bag frozen Raley’s Mixed vegetables, thawed and drained 1/2 cup chopped onion, and 2 large Idaho potatoes, cut into small cubes, in prepared pan. Stir 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning into 2 (12-oz.) jars beef gravy and pour evenly over meat and vegetables. Cover tightly with foil; bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 dinner servings.
